Gulfstream Internet was founded in September, 1999. Our dual goal from the beginning has been to provide advertisers with unique internet direct marketing and advertising solutions while providing our members with a fun way to earn valuable rewards for participating in our programs. We reach motivated, qualified consumers online and offer them an incentive to interact with our sponsors.

Our targeted, pay-for-performance model has been successful because we provide our advertisers with qualified customers at a cost they can afford. There is no risk because our compensation is based solely on the results we produce.

MANAGEMENT

Gulfstream Internet is led by an experienced management team with more than 40 years of combined industry experience with specific subject-matter expertise in the field of direct response, e-marketing and affiliate development.

Philip L. Nadel, President

Phil brings 18 years of direct marketing experience to Gulfstream Internet. Mr. Nadel has extensive experience in building a variety of successful businesses. In 1999 he co-founded Gulfstream Internet Group. In 1992 he founded Florida Asset Financing Corp., a commercial, asset-based lending firm that has originated more than $100 million in loans for its own portfolio. He previously served as the Vice President of, and principal in, American Media Group (?AMG?), a publishing and direct marketing company. During his time at AMG, Mr. Nadel was instrumental in growing the company from $15 million in annual revenue to $130 million in annual revenue, at the time of its sale in 1992.

Mr. Nadel graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 with a B.S. in Economics.

William Diamond, Vice President

Bill is a savvy internet marketing veteran. He co-founded Gulfstream Internet Group in 1999 and has been responsible for sales and marketing at Gulfstream since its formation. As a result of his leadership, more than 12 million members have joined Gulfstream?s sites and an average of 15,000 new members join each day. In addition to his Gulfstream experience, Bill has been instrumental in building a variety of other companies.

Bill graduated from Boston University in 1989 with a B.S. in Urban Affairs.
